Access and use

Access to the Sowwise platform is provided to organizations under a pilot or subscription agreement. You are responsible for the accounts of your staff and for keeping sign-in details secure.

Customer responsibilities

• You must have the right to upload the documents you provide and to share them with us for indexing.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your guidance documents and for obtaining any consent required from farmers you invite to use the service.
• You must keep a human escalation path available for restricted topics during your deployment.

Acceptable use

You may not use Sowwise to send unsolicited messages, to give advice you are not authorized to give, to attempt to access other customers’ data, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

AI-generated content

Answers are generated by AI from your documents and can contain errors. They support, and do not replace, professional agronomic advice. Sowwise is designed to decline unsupported questions and route restricted topics to people, but you remain responsible for advice given under your name.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your documents and data. We keep ownership of the Sowwise software, website and brand. You grant us a limited licence to process your content only to provide the service to you.

The interactive preview on this website uses fictional sample data for illustration and does not represent real customers, farmers or results.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Sowwise is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability relating to the website is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the previous twelve months.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. Governing law and venue will be set out in your customer agreement.
